We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
For wigs, the lace must be uncut and unaltered.
Wigs with cut lace, signs of styling, or customization are not eligible for return.
Clearance items and gift cards are final sale.
