Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For wigs, the lace must be uncut and unaltered.
Any wig with cut lace, signs of styling, customization, or wear is not eligible for return.
Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Wigs with cut lace
- Worn, styled, altered, or customized products
- Opened or used personal care items
- Hair & body care products (all sales final)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
